Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any balance will be returned subject to verification.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on pk78. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and permanent suspension from the platform.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information at all times. pk78 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any registered information at any time.
2.4 KYC Verification. pk78 requires identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing any withdrawals and for access to certain features. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) card, passport, driver's license, and SSS or GSIS ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. You represent that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing pk78. pk78 makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or play.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk78 currently accepts deposits and/or withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods may be updated from time to time at pk78's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos), unless otherwise stated in an applicable promotion.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on pk78 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received and subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. pk78 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers.
4.5 Identity-Matched Withdrawals. All withdrawal requests must be to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified pk78 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
4.6 Withdrawal Limits. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are set out in the platform's account settings section. VIP tier players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits.
5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pk78 are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions, which are stated in the applicable promotion terms at the time of the offer.
5.2 pk78 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has been claimed and wagering is in progress, pk78 will provide reasonable notice of any material change.
5.3 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified validity period, after which any uncompleted bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
5.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. 5.5 pk78 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player for any promotional offer prior to granting or paying out bonus-related winnings.
6.1 All games available on pk78 use certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment monitored by human dealers in licensed studio environments. All outcomes are determined fairly and without manipulation by pk78.
6.2 In the event of a technical fault, incomplete game round, or disconnection, pk78 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed and the outcome cannot be determined, the relevant wager will be voided and returned to the player's account.

9.2 pk78's total liability to any player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that player into their pk78 account in the sixty (60) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 pk78 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.

12.3 Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting pk78 support. Any balance remaining in a validly closed account will be paid out to the player's verified payment method following completion of required verification.
13.1 pk78 may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on pk78.club with the effective date noted at the top of the document. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.
